The MDRRM Council of Buenavista received the BAHANDIANONG KAL’WASAN TIGPANALIPOD Award for its exemplary service, commitment, leadership and dedication for the implementation of disaster-related programs, and disaster-resilience initiatives for CY 2024.
The LGU also received the PASIDUNGOG KADASIG recognition, an award given ONLY to LGU Buenavista, Agusan del Norte in the whole Caraga Region for being the Most Diligent and Resolute LGU demonstrating exceptional perseverance that resulted in a significant leap of its accomplishment.
A certificate of commendation was also given to the Acting MDRRMO, Ms. Hazel G. Albor for implementing the PPAs across all 4 disaster thematic areas.
