December 2, 2025 โ Mayor Roble led the Kumustahan sa Barangay in Abilan, bringing various free services to the residents of Brgy. Abilan.
The following services were offered during the activity:
โข Medical check-ups and free medicines from the Buenavista Primary Health Care Center
โข Free eyeglasses and eye consultations conducted by Dr. Rosejun Ebarle Sator
โข Free seedlings and animal vaccinations from the Municipal Agriculture Office
โข Free processing of birth, death, and marriage certificates by the Local Civil Registrarโs Office
โข And many other frontline services from various LGU departments
More than 400 beneficiaries went home smiling with burgers, packed lunches, and 5 kilos of rice each. Free ice cream was also distributed to the children.
Mayor Roble happily announced the renovation of the Barangay covered court, which will include rubberized flooring, a canopy, and new comfort rooms. He also encouraged the Barangay Abilan officials to utilize their available funds, especially for the purchase of solar lights.
In his message, he highlighted several upcoming developments in health services, including the deployment of specialist doctorsโsuch as a cardiologist, neurologist, and pediatricianโthrough a Memorandum of Understanding. He also mentioned the installation of new dental chairs, the addition of patient transport vehicles, and the soon-to-rise Super Health Centers in Barangay Sangay and Barangay Manapa.
Mayor Roble reaffirmed his full support for the programs and projects needed in the barangay.
The event was attended by Barangay Abilan officials, LGU staff, and security personnel.
