November 17, 2025 | Municipal Mayor Hon. Joselito T. Roble graced the 3rd Employees Onboarding Program held at the Farmers and Fisherfolk Training Center, MAO Bldg.
Human Resource Officer III Ms. Helen A. Yonson warmly welcomed the 45 regular and casual employees, while HRMO I Ms. Crystel A. Reserva facilitated the introduction of the participants.
Mayor Roble personally attended the program to meet and be acquainted with the newly hired employees. In his message, he emphasized the importance of serving the people with integrity, dedication, and compassion, noting that public service requires sacrifice, patience, and hard work.
He also encouraged the employees to remember three key points: Hard Work, Teamwork, and Collaboration. He added that he looks forward to the positive contributions they will bring to the municipality.
