November 13, 2025 | The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) conducted the 4Pโs ALAYON 2025 Awarding Ceremony at the Marval Hall of Balanghai Hotel, Butuan City.
Municipal Administrator Atty. Juselle Tricia S. Roble, together with MSWDO Ma. Bernadita M. Quijano, personally received the Plaque of Appreciation for LGU Buenavistaโs strong partnership and invaluable commitment to the implementation of the 4Ps Program in the municipality for 2025.
LGU Buenavista also received a major award as 1st Place as Best LGU Implementing 4Ps (Municipal Category).
Meanwhile, Ms. Shirly D. Susada of LGU Buenavista was awarded 1st Place as Best LGU Link in the Caraga Region.
DSWD OIC-ARD for Operations, Dir. Jean Paul S. Parajes, RSW, MSSW, emphasized the importance of โALAYON,โ which means working together or โpag tinabangay.โ He highlighted that through the 4Ps Program, the DSWDโtogether with partner stakeholdersโcontinues to enhance access to education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood.
The event was attended by Municipal Mayors and MSWDOs from across the Caraga Region.
