September 30, 2025 | Mayor Joselito T. Roble graced the groundbreaking ceremony of Lightcore Philippines in Barangay Manapa, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Ms. Malyn Sy Emit, President of Lightcore Philippines from Pampanga, Manila, is a friend of Mayor Joselito T. Roble and has entrusted her business investment to the Municipality of Buenavista.
This marks the first Lightcore formblocks facility in the Caraga Region. Lightweight cement blocks offer versatile applications and cost-effective solutions without compromising strength or style.
The event was attended by Municipal Administrator Atty. Juselle Tricia S. Roble, Municipal Engineer Lilian T. Bokingo, Barangay Manapa officials, Hazel Payuran, Lightcore Philippines Marketing Director, Lightcore CIO Engr. Henry Santos, and COO Mr. Johnny Sy Emit.
