November 5, 2025 | Mayor Joselito T. Roble led the multi-party ceremonial turnover and blessing of the Rehabilitation of Brgy. Rizal Manpower, Human Resource, and Productivity Enhancement Center held today.
Assistant Municipal Engineer Edith Abuzo presented the following project details:
Project Title: Repair/Rehabilitation of Brgy. Rizal Manpower, Human Resource, and Productivity Enhancement Center
Project Cost: โฑ3,493,334.62
Source of Funds: LGU BTA 20% Development Fund
Status: Completed ahead of schedule
Scope of Work:
โข Structural and masonry works for the extension
โข Steel trusses and metal works
โข Pre-painted color roofing
โข Aluminum glass doors and windows
โข Painted finish walls and ceiling
โข Floor tiles installation
โข Comfort room with plumbing works and fixtures
โข Electrical works with lighting
Barangay Rizal Captain Hon. Valeriano Buling Jr. expressed his happiness and gratitude for the numerous projects received by their barangay this year. He commended Mayor Joselito T. Roble for extending additional funding to complete their Barangay Hall and access road. He also promised to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building for future generations.
Mayor Joselito T. Roble commended the initiative of the Barangay Officials for allocating their own budget for the rehabilitation of the Barangay Hall.
In his message, he said,
โBuenas gyud mo kay duha ka project naa sa inyoha. Usa ni sa pinaka nindot nga opisina. Hinaot mas ganahan pa mo manarbaho ug mo-serbisyo sa katawhan.โ
Mayor Roble emphasized the importance of unity in public service, stating that no matter how limited the resources are, he will always find ways to deliver projects that benefit the people.
The event was attended by Barangay Rizal officials, department heads, staff, barangay workers, and security personnel.
