July 10, 2025 | Senator Juan Miguel βMigzβ Zubiri, together with Mayor Joselito T. Roble and the President of RFB Construction, Engr. Roger F. Bustillo, led the groundbreaking ceremony of Casa Eduarlita Heights at Purok 4, Brgy. Alubihid, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Engr. Roger F. Bustillo, CEO of RFB Realty Builders Corporation, developer of Casa Eduarlita Heights, warmly welcomed the esteemed guests of the groundbreaking ceremony. He happily shared that a new housing project will soon rise in Buenavista, which will include the Sr. Sto. NiΓ±o Chapel and clubhouse amenities. βWe are not just building house, but a vibrant and sustainable community.β
Mayor Joselito T. Roble congratulated RFB Realty Builders Corporation, led by one of his closest friends, for the soon-to-rise Casa Eduarlita Heights. He expressed his gratitude for the trust and confidence in investing in Buenavista. He added, βWe are grateful to be part of the expansion and progress of Butuan Cityβ that has benefitted Buenavista. He added, βMore investors mean more job opportunities.β
Congressman Dale B. Corvera, ably represented by Mr. Orensio S. Corvera, commended RFB for addressing the housing needs in the Province of Agusan del Norte.
