April 10, 2025 | The Buenavista Tertiary Scholarship Program (BTSP), headed by Mr. Jhondy Adlawon, conducted two sets of orientations today at Brgy. 8, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Over 900 aspiring scholarship applicants attended the orientation to learn how to avail themselves of the LGU Buenavista scholarship.
Sangguniang Bayan member and Chairman of the Committee on Education, Hon. Eduardo P. Makiling, graced the event. He thanked everyone for the students’ willingness to apply for the scholarship. He further encouraged the students to value the scholarships provided by the government.
LGU Buenavista offers a โฑ10,000 grant to 1,500 scholars for SY 2025-2026. This initiative by the LGU aims to provide assistance to students in need, helping them pursue a college education.
