December 17, 2025 | The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary, Hon. Conrado M. Estrella III, ably represented by Undersecretary and Field Operations Officer (FOO) Atty. Kazel C. Celeste, led the distribution of e-Titles, Regular LAD CLOAs, COCROMs, and ARBO Certificates of Registration at the JP Satorre Gymnasium in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Mayor Joselito T. Roble warmly welcomed the 4,000 beneficiaries from Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur who attended the land title distribution. In his message, he expressed his gratitude to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., saying, “Salamat, Mr. President, sa pagtabang sa mga saop nga makabaton na gyud ug ilang yuta.”
Under the Regular LAD CLOA program, the Department of Agrarian Reform distributed split e-Titles to 324 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) from Agusan del Norte; 3,377 ARBs from Agusan del Sur; 1,931 ARBs from Dinagat Islands; 2,150 ARBs from Surigao del Norte; and 2,469 ARBs from Surigao del Sur.
Meanwhile, the COCROM program issued 1,927 certificates benefiting 1,584 ARBs, resulting in a total condoned amount of ₱80.28 million, largely from Agusan del Norte and Surigao del Sur.
Additionally, Certificates of Registration were issued to Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) in Agusan del Sur, highlighting active cooperative engagement in the implementation of agrarian reform programs.
The event was attended by Governor Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante, ably represented by SP Member Hon. Erwin P. Dano; the representative of Congressman Dale B. Corvera, Mr. Orencio R. Corvera; municipal mayors and their respective representatives; beneficiaries; and DAR personnel.
