- Providing continuous learning opportunities to enhance the capabilities of cooperative members;
- Ensuring the sustainability and success of cooperatives within municipality by fostering a well-informed and skilled cooperative community;
- Extending the reach of cooperative development initiatives by providing on-the-ground assistance, technical support, and advisory services tailored to the unique needs of each cooperative;
- Conducting field visits assessments, offering personalized guidance to cooperatives on management and operational challenges;
- Facilitating the implementation of cooperative projects and programs at the same district level;
- Fostering local partnership to support cooperative activities; and
- Ensuring that cooperative development efforts are effectively localized and responsive to the specific needs and conditions of cooperatives.
